If the same fault occurs anytime within your 6 month warranty period due to a component failure that we have supplied and fitted, we will re-repair absolutely free of charge.

Support & Return Avoidance
Avoiding returns across a range of electronic devices has become crucial to our customers and partners. Our returns avoidance solution draws on our experience within the industry to regularly achieve ‘save rates’ in excess of 70% for end-users in the first 7 days of repair.
Tonik UK is committed to evolving our returns avoidance solution to align with the dynamic and fast-moving market.
Our services also ensure that customers can minimise disruption by providing support and advice on all our products and services.
Tonik UK is committed to preserving the privacy of its customers and to complying with the Data Protection Act 1998. To achieve this commitment, information about our customers and contacts must not be collected or used, and must be stored safely and not unlawfully disclosed to any other person.
Many of the electrical items that we throw away can be recycled and re-used. Recycling helps to save natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks.
EU and UK regulations require us to collect as much WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic equipment) as possible for treatment, recovery/re-use and environmentally sound disposal. You can play an important part by ensuring that your old parts are given to a take-back or recycling scheme and not thrown out with the garbage.
