Terms & Conditions of Repair

By bringing / sending in your device for repair, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • We are NOT responsible for any loss of data or sim/memory cards.
  • TESTABLE (No) means we were NOT able to test your device before we started the repair.
  • If your device is NOT testable we cannot be held responsible for any issues other than the repair stated.
  • The warranty covers the parts we replace & does NOT cover liquid or physical damage.
  • The length of your warranty depends on the type of repair, but is usually 3 or 6 months. We will advise the length upon completion of repairs.
  • We can only hold your device for 60 days. If your device is not collected by this time it will be recycled.
